To make a booking at The Wildside Centre:

 

  1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.
  2. Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
  3. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from ‘Hall Booking Online’.
  4. Once your booking has been approved, you will receive  a second email to confirm.
  5. Shortly after, you will be sent an invoice via email with details on how to pay.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the staff who run the centre.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking has been confirmed, (by confirmation email).
  • If you have an alcohol licence form that must be signed off by the Management Committee please ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork no later than 2 weeks in advance of your booking date.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information provided.
