Dear Tracey, As per your advice, we would like to book the Main Hall. Even though we have not seen it yet, due to the building work going through, we would like to proceed further with the booking, if possible. Unfortunately, we are not 100% sure about the guests numbers yet, because we will be waiting for the confirmation up until the beginning of April but we can communicate the exact numbers later on. What we know, is that we are not going to exceed the 50 people, children included. I have included in the booking, time for setting up decorations and preparations as well as the final part which includes cleaning and clearing away. We plan to finish earlier, but I have dedicated more time before and after the party to make sure we are not in a rush. You have mentioned that the booking may be amended, do we have the possibility to slightly change the hours of start and finish? (Considering the hall is available since 12:00pm) . The plan is to have our caterers come first at the building and start preparing the tables, decorations and I would like to bring a backdrop decor too. As there is a party of a two year old, we would love to prepare a corner for children to play. Soft play, some books and toys. Generally we are planning to listen to music, have food and dance. It is more like a family style reunion, and close friends joining with children. Of course, if weather permits, we prefer to spend some time in the garden too. I have forgotten to mention about alcoholic beverages, we are planning to have some. It will be very nice to meet you when you have time and when the building is ready so that we can address some more questions if it is possible, or we can give you a call and discuss some more details, subject to your availability.
