About Oakley Village Hall

Oakley Village Hall is a wonderful open plan space of approx 160m2, with a customisable sized staged area, fully equipped kitchen and serving area.

Our hall often gets confused with other locations - please be aware we are in Oakley BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

Hire of the hall is £20/hour for private bookings (new local groups please contact to discuss regular rates) and includes:

• Private access to the entire space of the village hall. This does not include the park or playground which is open to the public
• Tables and chairs (maximum seated capacity of 120)
• Kitchen - including crockery, wine glasses and cutlery
• Access to gigabit broadband provided free of charge by Gigaclear Community Hub

Deposit: You will be required to provide a deposit of £50 in addition to the Hire Charge, which will be included on the invoice. The deposit will be returned post-event provided all the conditions of Hire are met, the Hall has been secured after use with keys returned to the key safe, and the condition of the Hall after use has been checked and approved as acceptable by an Officer of the Village Hall Committee.  A charge may be deducted, or deposit forfeited, to cover work or expenses necessitated by damage or complaints, including poor condition of the Hall after hire; rubbish left inside or outside the Halls; excessive noise; and antisocial behaviour or disturbance. You will be notified in writing of any charge being made within 10 working days of the hall hire.  Any remaining deposit will be returned during our month end reconciliation following your event.

Additional Charges apply for:

• Bar Licence (£15)
• Bouncy Castle electricity usage (£10)
• Changes to the size of the stage from £20 - please email the Bookings Secretary to discuss
