Please allow enough time in your booked time period for you to set up, clear away & clean the hall.

The terms & conditions of hire - check-list must be completed before you leave the hall at the end of your hire period.

You will be responsible for the conduct of persons using the hall and for any damage and/or breakages that may occur during the period of hire.

A Deposit of £50 will be required for all bookings. This will be refundable within 14 days of the conclusion of your event, after the hall has been checked, provided that:
The terms & conditions of hire - check-list was completed & the hall was left in the same good condition as when you arrived.
There is no damage or missing/broken items.
Costs incurred to the villlage hall for clearing/cleaning if it is left in a poor condition (£15 p/h), missing items, damage or breakages will be deducted from your deposit.
