Please note, we ask all hirers to leave the hall clean and tidy, and to this end, there is a departure checklist attached as a document to this website and printed in the village hall.

If you would like us to pin up a flyer in the village hall about your event, please email one to us and we’ll do so.

Please contact HRVH 48 hours before your booking to get the code for the key safe. If the Field only is booked, it may be that inside facilities are unavailable, and you may need to restrict car parking to one side of the car park. If there are 60 or more people in the hall, the bifold door immediately to the right of the bifold fire door MUST be unlocked during your hire, and locked again afterwards.

Please book in WHOLE HOURS, as all bookings will be rounded up to whole hours for invoicing. All bookings include an extra 30 minutes for set up and/or clean up.
