About Horsley Village Hall

Our spacious, modern, light and airy hall opened in August 2019. With a fully equipped kitchen it's the perfect venue for your kiddies party, christening celebration, wedding reception and so much more. The capacity is 100 seated at tables.

Our hall is open from early morning to 11.30 pm every day except Sunday when closing time is 10.30pm. Please note that parties/other events should finish 30 minutes before the hall closes.

There are 2 sets of bi-fold doors at the rear of the hall opening on to a public recreation ground.

There are 3 parking spaces on French Lane, next to the hall. Other parking may be available in the school yard opposite the hall but this cannot be guaranteed. There is usually no problem in parking on Church Street.

Bouncy Castles - There is space for a bouncy castle if you are planning on hiring one. Please note it is essential you read and agree to the terms set out in the bouncy castles document in the documentation section of this website.

June 2023 -  We hired the hall for my son's 5th birthday in June with school friends and family. Everyone had a wonderful time at the party and so many parents commented on how impressed they were with the venue and facilities. The room is lovely and spacious with strategically placed hooks so we could hang our own decorations. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of tables and seating. We were able to have a bouncy castle on the rec behind the hall where the children also played. There is wi-fi and bluetooth speakers to connect your own music. It was a very special day which I'm sure our son will always remember - thank you so much, Rachel.
