Deposit: a £50 deposit may be required to secure this booking and will be returned following satisfactory observance of the conditions of hire and final condition of the hall. This will be specified in your invoice if required. Please provide your bank details so we can repay any security deposit.

Event Description *

Access: Once a booking is confirmed, you will be informed of the key safe instructions and code to gain access to the hall.
Rubbish: please take all rubbish away with you.
Heating: heating is included and will be set for your booking. Please do not alter heating settings.
