If you'd like to make a series of bookings, you'll need a hirer's account. Create an account or log in here.
If you're making a one-off booking, you don't need to create an account.

IMPORTANT: You will receive an invoice for your event shortly after your booking is made. Payment must be made before we can confirm your booking. Once payment is made, please let us know and you'll receive a confirmation email with all details needed to access the room.

REFUNDS: If you need to cancel your event, a full refund can be issued if at least 7 days notice is given. If you cancel your event with less than 7 days notice, a 50% refund will be issued.

Road access into the park is closed on SATURDAYs between 9am-10am for Park Run. If you require vehicular access for your booking, please ensure you arrive before or after this time.

Please make sure that there is a 30 minute gap between bookings to ensure no crossovers occur, thank you.

Do you require any equipment for your event in the Williams Room? (eg. Tables, Chairs, hot drink facilities).
If yes, please let us know how many of each you'll need.
Our hot drink facilities include: tea and coffee (decaf options available), sugar, cups, and a hot water urn.
If you request hot drink facilities, there is an additional cost of £6.
Please note, if your booking is on a Saturday or Sunday, staff won't be on site to set-up the room prior to your booking. However, we will make sure that any equipment required is readily available from the storeroom (located behind the curtains on the left of the room)
