About The Williams Room at Ford Park

The Williams room is a fully accessible function suite situated at the heart of Ford Park; making it the perfect venue for family occasions, community gatherings, workshops, parties and more!

Booking the hall grants access to the entire first floor of the building and the adjoining rooftop terrace, providing beautiful views of the park, the bay and beyond.

The space is 11.85m x 5.18m, and is accessible via a private entrance with both stairs and an elevator, ensuring it is fully accessible.

The Williamson Room is licensed to accommodate:

• 50 persons seated at tables
• 80 persons standing
• 80 persons closely seated.

There are also facilities available upon request, including:

• Tables, both round or rectangular)
• Chairs (up to 50 can be provided)
• Projector, screen and flipchart
• Hot drink facilities
