Please read the Flax Bourton Hub Terms & Conditions before submitting a booking request. Please note that dependent on the nature/size of your event, a signed copy of these terms may be required. For parties where the total number of attendees is 50 or above (children plus adults), an £80 damages deposit will be taken (reimbursed in full after the party if there is no damage to the hall and/or contents). A cleaning charge of £50 will also be required.
