Join Saffron and Katie for an autumn getaway for your body, mind and soul.
In this two-hour workshop, we'll guide you through a 60-minute yoga practice, suitable for all levels of experience (beginners welcome!), followed by a 60-minute soundbath where you'll drift into a deep relaxation while listening to the healing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and more.
This is the perfect opportunity to rest and rejuvenate as we move into the autumn and winter months.
