About Down Ampney Village Hall

The hall is licensed  for 140 persons on the premises, including catering staff, musicians etc. 

In principle, we accept bookings for any activity, be it parties, lectures, exercise classes and meetings, subject to nothing contrary to our own conditions or otherwise illegal, or damaging to the fabric of the hall taking place.  

Whilst this normally includes Wedding Receptions and family parties, we do tend to decline Birthday parties for an age range through mid-teens, twenties and thirties.
