The building which now serves as the Village Hall was founded as a National (Mixed) School in 1872. Following the closure of the school it became Cublington Village Hall and now offers a flexible well equipped space for community groups and activities. It operates as Registered Charity (280504).
The Hall is currently used by several groups in the village including an Art Group, Chess Club, Book Club and the Cublington Variety Club who rehearse and perform a well reviewed and attended Pantomime every year. It also serves as a rehearsal space for local musicians.
We welcome enquiries for potential bookings for groups, classes, parties or other events.
FACILITIES
The Hall offers two rooms available to hire, together with a small, well equipped kitchen, accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. There is also a private, gated courtyard space with outdoor seating. Adjacent to the hall there is off street parking for 5 cars and additional parking is available on Wing Road.
The larger Main Hall has a flexible space suitable for group activities, classes, parties and other events and can accommodate 40 people seated at tables.
The Lower Hall is suitable for meetings or small group activities or as additional space for larger gatherings. It's proximity to the kitchen makes it an ideal space for serving food or laying out catering.
