Held On The High Wire is a 90 minute music, spoken word, and multimedia performance piece, a collaboration between songwriter and multimedia artist Myshkin Warbler, and writer and cellist Jenny Q. The characterful voices of Jenny’s experimental memoir Held Together dance with the Folk / Jazz poetry of Myshkin's record Trust and the High Wire, leading the audience on an intimate and emotional journey, through the chrysalis of Jenny’s near death experience and heartbreaking losses, to a quietly triumphant reemergence. It is a vulnerable, spellbinding work that ignites intimate empathies and lasting connections.
