About Breachwood Green Village Hall

Welcome to Breachwood Green Village Hall, the ultimate venue for all your event needs! Whether you’re planning a children’s party, band night, wedding or meeting Breachwood Green Village Hall is the perfect venue. Our facility boasts a seamless blend of fun and professionalism, providing an exceptional experience for every occasion.

Equipped with top-notch amenities, Breachwood Green Village Hall ensures your event runs smoothly. Our hall offers full accessibility with disabled access, ensuring everyone can join in the fun. There is a car park with flood lighting and unrestricted on street parking. Please note the height restriction barrier of 2.2m. The barrier can be opened on request.

The hall is easily accessible with a wheelchair ramp and disabled toilet.

Toilets include two female cubicles, male toilet and urinals and baby changing facilities.

Rest assured, our well-maintained toilets and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing both hot and cold food, guarantee that your guests will be well taken care of. Furthermore, our vast recreation ground at the back invites outdoor activities, while the fully equipped children’s play area on the side ensures the little ones have a blast.

The newly installed big screen, projector and speakers offer the ability to stream live sports and special events to be streamed. The hall has WiFi to make showings run smoothly. The stage is a feature in the hall that we can arrange to have set up to it's full size, perfect for band nights and shows.

The bar has recently been renovated and is now up and running with pumps for beers etc and two drinks fridges.  You can add the bar onto your booking for your event for an additional cost, with staff provided.

At Breachwood Green Village Hall, your event will be a memorable success that combines professionalism with an enjoyable atmosphere.

The hall is licensed  for:

• 150 Seated
• 180 Standing

There are 10 large tables approximately 180cm x 90cm plus some small card tables. 90 chairs are available.

Sports Facilities

Great sports facilities are provided both inside and outside the hall. The Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) features a basketball court, tennis court and football pitch along with a gym and child’s play area. The MUGA has floodlighting for all year round use. Use of the lights can be obtained by booking with the clerk of Kings Walden Parish Council at [email protected].

The hall includes a marked out indoor badminton court.

Insurance

Users of the hall and its facilities are insured.  However, if you bring your own equipment or other large items (e.g. sound systems, laptops, play equipment) into the hall you will need additional insurance to cover their use or loss.

Booking Fees

Monday-Friday daytime: £15/hour

Friday evening & weekend: £18/hour

The bar can be hired alongside the hall, and will be fully staffed for your event.  The one off bar hire fee is £100.

£100 refundable deposit required to secure your booking.

Please ensure that the time you book includes set up and clean up time.
