Book an event at Apperley Village Hall.

SUMMER WEEKEND CHILDRENS PARTY SALE

Due to our lower energy costs during June July and August we are able to offer a Special Weekend Childrens Party Rate on Saturday and Sundays.  For example a morning booking up 12.30 or afternoon booking from say 2:00 till 5:30 could be around £40 to £50 depending on what facilities are required.   To qualify for the reduced rate please email apperleyvillagehall@gmail to enquire about availability with full details of your proposed event. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply, such as 1. The use of the gas cooker would not be included. 2. You must leave the hall clean and tidy for the next booking as we will not be cleaning between bookings.  See our normal terms and conditions in the documenation section. This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

If you wish to book for Hall, Kitchen and Annexe rooms, please tick both boxes above. If you wish to book for a number of hours we will adjust the Hire rates to Full Day rates if this would be less than the Hourly Rates. Bookings available 09:00 - 24:00 (except New Years Eve) Please allow time in your booking for set up, and clear up at end of session, so that room is ready for further bookings that day. Please request bookings in 30 minute blocks, e.g. 09:00, 11:30, 14:00, 16:00, 21:30. There is a minimum break between consecutive bookings of 30mins. Please tick the boxes if you are requesting to bring in your own bar or caterers and complete full details in the section below. Enquire whether the projector will be available. If available will be charged at £10 per session.

HIRE CHARGES (2025)

Please show in the "Event Description" below your calculation of expected Hire Charges. e.g. 5 hours Parishioner Rate at £20 per hour = £100. 

We will validate this during the invoice process subject to your request for booking being approved.

Projector

Enquire whether the projector will be available. 
If available will be charged at £10 per session.
Bring your own HDMI/HDMI lead.


CHILDRENS PARTIES
As the organiser please ensure you have understood your own legal liabilities for organising such a party,  including bringing any equipment on site.  Apperley Village Hall do not provide you any insurance in this respect for loss, injury or damage.  Please also see Terms and Conditions BEFORE completing this form.

BAR & EXTERNAL CATERERS
